Gatlinburg cabin rentals — at the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Hillside communities with mountain views, trailheads minutes away, and a walkable downtown. Higher rates, exceptional setting.
Pigeon Forge cabin rentals — the entertainment corridor. Dollywood, The Island, dinner shows, and mountain coasters, plus our widest selection of cabins including the private pool properties.
Sevierville cabin rentals — the quieter end of the corridor. Lower rates than Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, fifteen minutes from Dollywood, and the closest base to Knoxville for guests driving in from the northwest.
Wears Valley cabin rentals — the pastoral valley between Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Farmland, long views, a back entrance to the national park, and the quietest setting we manage. Ten minutes from Pigeon Forge when you want it.

We've managed cabin rentals in the Smoky Mountains since 2005, from our office on Veterans Boulevard in Pigeon Forge. The cabins we manage span Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Wears Valley, from one-bedroom cabins built for two up to eight-bedroom lodges sleeping twenty-five.
Every direct booking includes the Stay and Play Pass — free attraction tickets toward Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, and more. It's available only when you book with us directly, not through the third-party platforms.
Why East Tennessee
Great Smoky Mountains National Park is the most visited national park in the country — more visitors annually than Yellowstone and Yosemite combined. Between the park, the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge corridor, and a mountain setting that's a manageable drive from most of the Southeast and Midwest, it's about as concentrated a vacation destination as the region has.

What do Tennessee cabin rentals cost?
From around $70 a night for a small condo up to $415 or so for a large modern lodge. Most two-bedroom cabins run $90 to $150 for standard dates. Rates vary by season, with October and the holiday weeks highest.
Is the national park free?
There's no entrance fee, but a parking tag is required to park for more than fifteen minutes anywhere in the park. You can buy one online at recreation.gov or at the Sugarlands Visitor Center — check the current rate before you go, since it changes.
How far is Gatlinburg from Pigeon Forge?
About eight miles, roughly fifteen minutes by car. Wherever you stay, the other town is a short drive.
How far is Knoxville?
Thirty-five to forty-five minutes to Pigeon Forge or Sevierville via I-40 east to US-441 south. McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is the usual fly-in.
What's included with every booking?
A fully equipped kitchen, all linens and towels, and the Stay and Play Pass when you book direct. Other amenities — WiFi, hot tubs, fireplaces, game rooms, washer and dryer — vary by cabin and are listed on each one.
Which town should I stay in?
Pigeon Forge for families and first-timers who want the attractions close. Gatlinburg for hikers and couples who want the park and a walkable downtown. Sevierville or Wears Valley for value and quiet.
When should I book?
Three to six months ahead for October foliage and the Christmas and New Year's weeks. Two to three months for summer weekends and spring break. Winter outside the holidays is the most available and most affordable stretch of the year.
