The Living Area & Kitchen

Cathedral ceilings, golden wood paneling and floors, a stone fireplace running from October through February, and leather sofas positioned to face those windows — the main living area at Hawks Ridge earns consistent comparison to a proper mountain lodge, and it earns it. The open layout connects naturally to the kitchen, which has granite countertops, stainless appliances, a bar counter with additional seating, and everything needed for group meals at any scale. The farmhouse dining table seats six between the kitchen and the living area, flooded with sunlight from the surrounding windows.

The Bonus Den

Tucked beside the dining area, a bonus den with a futon in a log frame and a table and chairs gives the group a quiet third space — the right spot for a puzzle, a board game, or an afternoon of reading when the main living area has the movie crowd and the game room has the competitive crowd.

The Game Room

A pool table, foosball table, and arcade console with a flat-screen TV and sofa give the game room three distinct energy levels. A mini fridge keeps the lower level self-sufficient for snacks and drinks, and the space functions as a full second living area for the group's kids and teens — or for whatever portion of the adults discovers it first.

The Bedrooms

Three king bedrooms each have their own character — a vaulted ceiling with a wrought-metal frame in the first, a wood-and-metal bed with a leather armchair in the second, a wood headboard with fabric detailing in the third. All three are comfortable and well-appointed, with three full baths handling morning logistics for twelve guests. Two futons and a queen sleeper sofa round out the full sleeping capacity.

The Porches, Decks & Hot Tub

A wraparound front porch gives the group a daytime outdoor option with mountain views from multiple angles, with a picnic table in the front yard for outdoor meals and a charcoal grill for cooking outside. Two covered rear decks extend the outdoor living space across two levels, with rocking chairs and the hot tub on the lower level — the right place to end every evening.
