We loved the cabin! The location was central to all our activities and the pool access was an extra bonus! The water pressure was great and there was more than enough hot water for all of our large group. The extra fridge on the deck was very convenient. The cabin could use more lighting in the living/dining room area as it was dark, especially in the evenings. The mattresses in the bunk room need to be replaced. Colonial Properties stayed in touch the entire trip and were very responsive to anything we needed. The bathroom packs and kitchen pack with soap and sponge were a nice touch and came in handy! Would definitely stay here again 😀

The cabin was perfect to celebrate our friends for their bachelorette! Enough room to be comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, and the hot tub was a nice perk after a long day of shopping! We had a minor issue with our kitchen sink and they had it fixed same day and asked permission before maintenance went into the cabin! Super friendly and professional staff and very informative!

Our adventure started when we booked the cabin and the staff at Colonial Properties were friendly and helpful. The reservation process was simple and user friendly. Arrived at cabin and was impressed with the location and spacious parking. All 13 (8 adults and 5 wild grandchildren) of us were speechless at the interior of the cabin! Clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. It was like a picture out of a magazine.

The view from the two back decks was amazing.

HIGHLY recommend this company and this cabin!!

This cabin is very relaxing and worth booking. The hot tub was relaxing in the evenings we also enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying the sounds of birds. The location was great, we had a wonderful time with our family and hope to be ack soon.

I recently stayed with a couple of my girlfriends for a quick girls' trip. Everyone in the group was excited to come since none of us had been to Tennessee. The cabin was spacious enough for all of us, we loved the convenient location and the amenities offered. The staff was helpful by answering any questions we had, the cabin was also very clean. We hope to be back soon!
