What they pour
Hard cider on tap, and bottled cream wines alongside it. The cider range runs well beyond the dry-versus-sweet split most people expect, which is the argument for a tasting rather than ordering a pint of the first thing on the board.
Yee-Haw canned beer is available too, which helps if someone in your group doesn't drink cider.
