Junction 35 Spirits

Junction 35 in Pigeon Forge

Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar is a distillery and restaurant in one, at The Mountain Mile in Pigeon Forge. Watch the stills at work, sip spirits made on site and dig into Southern barbecue, smash burgers and comfort food, all under one roof.

Junction 35 was built by locals with a passion for community, great food and exceptional spirits. Its motto sums it up: "Drink. Dine. Distill." It's a member of the Tennessee Whiskey Trail, and it's a relaxed, family-friendly stop in the middle of one of Pigeon Forge's busiest shopping and entertainment areas.

The distillery

Junction 35 makes its own spirits, including bourbon, rye, whiskey, moonshine, vodka, gin, tequila and rum. You can see the stills from the dining room, and the bar turns the house spirits into handcrafted cocktails. You can also order tasting flights to sample the house spirits side by side.

The story behind the name

The name nods to Sevier County's railroad era, when loggers and moonshiners moved their liquor by train near the 35th parallel, and to "The Junction," a gathering place from the railroad boom.

The kitchen

Barbecue

Barbecue trays feature smoked pulled pork and Texas-style beef brisket, with sides like mac and cheese and coleslaw.

Burgers and sandwiches

Smash burgers come in a long list of builds, including a veggie option, and the sandwich menu covers pulled pork, brisket and several chicken sandwiches.

Starters, wings and more

Start with shareable appetizers and smoked or boneless wings. Entrées run from shrimp and grits and salmon to pasta and beef tips, and there are salads for a lighter meal. Save room for a bourbon-kissed dessert.

Good for families and groups

Junction 35 is casual and welcomes kids, with a separate kids menu. The mix of barbecue, burgers and entrées makes it easy to feed a group with different tastes, and grown-ups can try the house spirits while everyone eats.
