Fudge Shoppe of the Smokies is a family-owned fudge shop that has been making Gatlinburg fudge by hand since 1986. Every batch is cooked fresh in copper pots with real cream, pure butter, chocolate, cold-pressed Mexican vanilla, and fresh nuts, and nothing artificial.
