A little MoonPie history

The MoonPie dates back to around 1917, when a traveling salesman for Chattanooga Bakery heard coal miners ask for a filling snack for their lunch pails. The marshmallow sandwich became a Southern classic, and the "RC Cola and a MoonPie" pairing has been a favorite ever since.
