Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf

Pigeon Forge Parkway · Ride up, putt down, 36 holes

You ride a mining car up the mountain and putt your way back down, past caves, waterfalls, a pirate ship and a volcano — two separate eighteen-hole courses, so thirty-six holes if you want the lot. The conceit is a 1920s explorer called Duffer A. Hacker, archaeologist, paleontologist and part-time taxidermist, who went hunting gold and diamonds in the Fogclift Islands.

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf

Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf is one of the Pigeon Forge Parkway's classic mini golf courses. You start with a ride up the mountain in an old mining car, then putt your way back down on the trail of a 1920s explorer hunting for lost gold and diamonds.

There are two full 18-hole courses, so you can play one or take on both for 36 holes of adventure.

The legend of Professor Hacker

As the story goes, Professor Duffer A. Hacker was an explorer, archaeologist and part-time taxidermist who led two expeditions to the Fogclift Islands off South America in the 1920s. He was searching for ancient gold and diamond mines. Along the way, he found an old mining train left behind during World War I, and that train is your ride to the top of the course.

Ride the mining car to the top

The fun starts before your first putt. Climb aboard the mining car and ride up the mountain, then follow Professor Hacker's trail back down. Along the way you'll putt past caves, waterfalls, a pirate ship, a temple and a volcano, all while searching for gold and diamonds.

Two 18-hole courses

With two complete courses, Lost Treasure Golf is great for groups that want a rematch. Play one course for a quick round, or play both for the full 36-hole expedition.
