Hollywood Wax Museum

Pigeon Forge Parkway · Four attractions in one building

A six-story Empire State Building with a giant ape climbing it, which makes this the hardest building to miss on the Parkway. Inside are two floors of wax figures built for posing rather than roped off — props, costumes, a red carpet. Three more attractions share the building: a mirror maze, a 5D shooting ride and a walk-through zombie haunt, with a single pass covering all four. Everything is indoors, so it holds up on a wet afternoon.

Hollywood Wax Museum

You can't miss the Hollywood Wax Museum in Pigeon Forge. Just look for King Kong, who hangs 102 feet above the Parkway from a six-story replica of the Empire State Building.

Inside, two floors of wax figures put you face to face with movie stars, music legends and pop culture icons. Three more attractions share the same building, so it's easy to turn one stop into a whole afternoon.

Strike a pose with the stars

At the Hollywood Wax Museum, you're encouraged to get close. Walk right up to the figures, grab a prop or costume, and jump into the scene. Lift weights with action heroes, perform on stage with famous singers, and walk the red carpet at a movie premiere. Bring a charged phone, because you'll take a lot of pictures.

The figures and sets change regularly, so there's often someone new to meet, even if you've been before. Just inside the front door, don't miss the chance to pose in King Kong's giant grip.

Three more attractions in one building

Castle of Chaos

A 5D ride where you stay seated but feel like you're flying, racing and crashing. Aim your laser blaster at the targets, and the top scorers show up on screen after every ride.

Hannah's Maze of Mirrors

Princess Hannah needs rescuing. Climb a musical staircase, cross an infinity drawbridge and find your way through a mirror maze inside the Castle of Savannah.

Outbreak: Dread the Undead

A walk-through haunt set in the Chemacorp Laboratory, where a gene experiment has gone very wrong. Expect zombies and plenty of jump scares. It's best for older kids and adults.

The All Access Pass covers all four attractions for one ticket price, which is the best value if you plan to do more than the wax museum.
