St. Louis spare ribs and hand-cut steaks · 1930s warehouse dining room on the Parkway

J.T. Hannah's Kitchen is a casual, family-friendly restaurant on the Pigeon Forge Parkway with an all-American menu of burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood and slow-cooked ribs. The dining room is styled like an old warehouse, filled with rustic décor and relics that recall the 1930s.
The restaurant tells the story of J.T. Hannah, a prosperous Smoky Mountain businessman whose freight warehouse and stockyards grew a lunchroom that eventually fed the public. J.T. Hannah's carries on that tradition of hearty food and plenty to drink at a fair price, served with Southern hospitality.
J.T. Hannah's specialties are the main draw, led by its award-winning St. Louis spare ribs, slow-cooked with a house spice blend and finished with a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce. The specialties menu also covers hand-cut steaks, sirloin, fajitas, country-fried steak and other hearty plates.
Burgers are a big part of the menu, from classic cheeseburgers to loaded specialty builds, including one oversized challenge burger for serious appetites. Deluxe sandwiches round out the lunch side of the menu.
There's seafood like fried catfish and fish and chips, chicken dishes, salads and a long list of shareable appetizers. It's a wide menu, which makes it an easy pick when your group can't agree on what to eat.
Dessert
Save room for Mama Laura's Famous Strawberry Shortcake, a local favorite.
