Cabin was very spacious and easy check in. It is very close to everything, especially the Island. I will definitely come back again. Stunning views.

The cabin was lovely with everything needed for a lovely mountain getaway. Staff was responsive and helpful when I got lost and literally stayed on the phone with me until I pulled up to the cabin. Will definitely use this company again!

We enjoyed our time at Rocky Top Retreat. The view of the mountains was beautiful!!! This cabin was the perfect size for our family of six. Our children loved the upstairs loft with pool table and air hockey. The fire place was very easy to use and a huge plus. We used the hot tub on the upper deck and was very relaxing. Colonial properties were also great to deal with. They were very attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

So enjoyed our short stay. Everything was exactly as expected. Had trouble operating the heat when we arrived. Colonial immediately sent Nick. Nick was very polite and took care of the problem in no time. He arrived in minutes after they called. We will book again. A+++

I have stayed in many different cabins throughout the Smoky Mountains over the past 20 years. First time with Colonial Properties. Let me start off by saying they are a wonderful company to deal with. The staff I dealt with were delightful and professional. They made every effort to insure that the cabin and my stay was enjoyable.

I have stayed in various cabins (from mild to wild) over the years and have found Rocky Top Retreat to be my absolute favorite. It’s very tastefully appointed and has just about everything you need.

The views are incredible!!! And…what was a first for me was the fact that EVERYTHING WORKED!!! No shortage of hot water, no drainage issues, and the hot tub was fantastic!

I can’t wait to revisit it!
