Overall good - only downside was the shower drain upstairs is clogged. The fan in that bathroom needs to be replaced, and the ceiling fan downstairs does as well as it is extremely loud.

We stayed at Old Hickory for 3 nights and give it 5 stars. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Colonial Properties staff provided 5 star service by texting and calling to check and make sure our stay was enjoyable and if we needed anything. We did report one issue but was dealt with quickly. Cabin was clean, bedding was comfortable, enough room for small family, 2 couples, or in our case, just one couple. The view was amazing! The location is away from the traffic but close enough to enjoy what Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer. There is a steep road to get to your cabin but road is paved and wide, easy to maneuver. We would definitely stay here again. *Note: pool and clubhouse/workout room are further up the steep hill in case you are interested, but can be easily accessed if desired. We did not use the workout room but we did drive to see where it was located. Thank you Colonial Properties!

We stayed at the Old Hickory Cabin and I must say it was beyond our expectations! The whole experience was absolutely amazing to say the least. Michelle was amazing from the reservation process, to us checking in, during the stay and also to us checking out! Not only do we give the property itself 5 stars we give her 5 stars also!. My family has already made our minds up any time that we’re in town we’re booking with Colonial Properties from here on out thank you for the amazing experience and we will definitely be back soon. From the amenities to the holiday decorations everything was a plus!.
