Reese’s Bearadise was a very clean and comfortable condo. We stayed December 20-25. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There was plenty hot water. It was quiet. The view of the River walk from the balcony was beautiful. The access to the parkway was very good. The keyless entry and contactless check in and check out is great. And always what we look for in a rental.

We have been coming to this area for over 20 years. We usually stay in a cabin. This time we wanted to be close to the strip in case of bad weather. Overall the condo was impressive.

Colonial Properties checked in on us several times and their customer service was outstanding.

This felt like home away from home and we would stay here again.

It was definitely 5 stars for us.

Best Place We Have Stayed!

We absolutely loved this condo. When we first walked in the at home, cozy environment won me over. The place was beautifully decorated for Christmas and nothing was better than relaxing near the fireplace and watching a movie after a fun day shopping. The view was beautiful overlooking Christmas lights at night, but I especially enjoyed sipping my coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching the sweet ducks swim in the river. Lovely condo and we look forward to returning again!
